Welcome to ALV Auctions! By participating in our auctions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before bidding.

1. General Terms

1.1. Eligibility – Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract.
1.2. Account Registration – Bidders must provide accurate personal and payment information. ALV Auctions reserves the right to verify identities.
1.3. Right to Modify – ALV Auctions may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Auction Process

2.1. Bidding – All bids are final and legally binding. Bidders cannot withdraw or cancel their bids once placed.
2.2. Winning Bids – The highest bidder at the close of an auction wins the item. ALV Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason.
2.3. Reserve Prices – Some items may have a minimum reserve price. If the reserve is not met, the item will not be sold.
2.4. Bid Increments – Bids must follow the predefined increment structure set by ALV Auctions.

3. Payments & Fees

3.1. Payment Deadline – All payments must be completed within 5 days after winning the auction. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
3.2. Accepted Payment Methods – We accept payments via [credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.].
3.3. Buyer’s Premium – A buyer’s premium of 2 % will be added to the final sale price.
3.4. Taxes & Additional Fees – Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

4. Item Descriptions & Conditions

4.1. “As-Is” Sales – All items are sold “as-is” with no guarantees, warranties, or refunds.
4.2. Item Representation – Descriptions and images are for reference only. ALV Auctions is not responsible for discrepancies in item condition.
4.3. Inspection – Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding if applicable.

5. Shipping & Pick-Up

5.1. Shipping Costs – Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
5.2. Pick-Up Policy – Items must be collected within 10 days of auction close, or storage fees may apply.
5.3. Lost or Damaged Items – ALV Auctions is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.

6. Cancellations & Disputes

6.1. Seller Rights – ALV Auctions reserves the right to cancel any auction at any time.
6.2. Bidder Misconduct – Fraudulent bidding, non-payment, or any attempt to manipulate the auction will result in account suspension.
6.3. Dispute Resolution – Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of auction close. ALV Auctions reserves the final say in all disputes.

7. Liability Disclaimer

ALV Auctions is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in our auctions. Bidders participate at their own risk.
